Loss Information a) 4 years currently valued carrier Loss Runs for total insured value greater than $1,000,000 b) Insured signed NO LOSS LETTER is an acceptable alternative for risks with total insured values less than $1,000,000 when carrier loss runs can not be secured 4. Financial Information a) Complete copy of the most current Compilation/CPA prepared Financial Statement if the Account Premium is greater than $25,000 PROPERTY
1. Current and Signed Statement of Values:
a) Risks written on Agreed Amount basis b) Risks written on a Blanket basis c) Risks with Policy total insured value greater than $2,000,000 2. Property Diagram: a) A single location with total insured value of $2,000,000 or greater b) A risk that includes Bulk Fuel or Chemical Storage 3. Evidence of Insurance to Value a) Real Property values will be verified via BOECKH (by the ABC Program). Buildings will be quoted at actual building values or at least at limits acceptable to Underwriter b) Aircraft whether flyable or not should not be included in the Personal Property value. It/they need to be scheduled on the Special Property Floater. (see Inland Marine) 4. Tier 1 Counties/State of Florida: a) Application must contain name of County, number of miles from coastal water and the building's windstorm rating b) We need extra time on these accounts due to referral processing 5. State of Texas: a) These accounts need to be rated in an ACE USA office at this time. Please provide extra time due to our having to send it out. INLAND MARINE
1. Fine Arts where total insured values exceed $500,000 at any one location:
a) A specific Schedule per Item (description & value) b) A current Appraisal for any one item valued at $100,000 or greater (updated every 3 years) 2. Camera Equipment: a) Application to include Per Item value and serial numbers for any item value which exceeds $100,000 3. Scheduled Equipment: a) Application to include specific description and value for each item valued at $100,000 or greater AUTOMOBILE

1. Risk Control Services will be required:
a) For each location with total insured value in excess of $5,000,000 b) For each location with chemical or fuel storage c) For each location with a NFPA96/Commercial Cooking exposure to risk 2. Interim Rate Endorsement: a) When tentative property rates are used, we will automatically endorse the policy with the published rate when it is received from ISO 3. Building Age: a) If the building is over 25 years old (except Metal/Steel Hangars and Open Hangars) all wiring, plumbing, heating/air conditioning & roofing must have been updated in the last 3 years. 4. Total Insured Value of $10,000,000 or more: a) ACE USA will not write property at this TIV. If you have an account that fits this description, we will attempt to place it for you if needed. We may have a market at Kemper and if not, we have access to Wholesalers that can write. INLAND MARINE
1. When you need to have a policy that would normally be a Monoline Inland Marine
Policy (stand alone policy), you need to add some Property to it in order to obtain
a quote through ACE.
2. We have done some trial rating and $5,000 in Business Personal Property (contents) coverage at 80% Coinsurance, Replacement Cost and a $500 Deductible will run approximately $50 (give or take a few dollars). 3. Special Property Floater rates per $100: a) Aircraft Assembly kit $ .60 refurbishing $ .90 b) Aircraft in Storage* $1.20 c) Beacon, Runway Lights & Windsocks $1.00 d) Fine Arts $1.20 e) Fuel in Storage ISO rates f) GPS Systems $3.00 g) Misc Equipment $5,000 any one item $1.20 h) Parachutes $1.50 i) Tools $750 any one item/$5,000 any one item $1.20 j) Unlicensed Vehicles $1.20 * Aircraft must not be airworthy - physically not due to non-certification AUTOMOBILE
1. Uninsured Motorist Coverage:
a) Will only be offered per State Statutory Requirements b) Appropriately signed and dated UM/UIM Selection/Rejection forms mandated by the States will be required. We will provide those forms to you. 2. Unacceptable Drivers: a) Drivers under the age of 21 b) We are no longer allowed to discuss the MVR of a driver with the broker. We will only be able to say that the driver is unacceptable/excluded. 2. MCS-90: a) When this Federal Filing needs to be issued, the Broadened Pollution Coverage Endorsement (CA 99 48) with appropriate charge will be attached to the policy. |
